Return & Exchange Policy

  • Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions.

  4. Please securely package the items and ship them to the provided address.
